The job went as scheduled and for the amount he said it would cost me.  From beginning to end, it went off without a hitch or a problem.  It was a a tough and unusual job but Dmitry and his crew were excellent.  Would definitely hire again. 

These guys are amazing! To have a contractor EXCEED your expectations is rare. These guys have done it twice! I first hired them 2 years ago to clear some trees, and trim the tops of some, to reveal the view on a piece of property I was listing for sale in Washougal. The property was rough, with some slope, and they hauled limbs down the hill to the chipper, and topped a few extra trees to widen the view all without complaint. And even though the property was still mostly natural (undeveloped), they cleaned their work area thoroughly so the property looked great for the listing photos.
I recently hired them again to cut down 3 trees in my yard that were approximately 60' tall. Two of the trees were next to the driveway and I had a 50' row of daffodils blooming between them and the driveway. Dmitry asked if I wanted to save the daffodils and I asked if it would be possible to drop the limbs on the opposite side, as much as possible. They did even better. He had his guys dig up all 50 ft of daffodil bulbs and place them in plastic garbage bags so that I could save them! I placed them on the other side of the driveway, in the shade of a hedge, and took the kids to the park to keep them out of the guys' way. When we got back Dmitry had moved the bags containing the bulbs to the shade of a tree on the other side of the yard because the sun had shifted and he was afraid they would die in the direct sun. Seldom do you find workers with this level of awareness or concern for the homeowner. Once the trees were removed and the stumps ground out Dmitry's guys replanted all 50' of daffodils back where they originally were! I could not have been happier! They did a very professional job of removing the trees (they were like aerial artists swinging between the trees), they cleaned up the work site thoroughly when they were done, and showed a level of respect for the integrity of my yard that is rarely seen. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and I recommend them to everyone I know. Well done, guys!!!!!

We had to remove a very large tree because it was possible that it would come down in high winds (a friend of ours had that happen recently).  Dmitriy and his crew (4 other people) arrived on time, began work right away, and got this very large tree down and cut up in about 4 hours.  They spent quite a while after that getting all the wood loaded in their truck and getting all the limbs chipped into mulch.  Additionally, they ground out the stump and got the ground level and clean.  These people are true professionals, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat if we ever need their services again.

Their bucket truck was being repaired so they had to do it all by climbing and cutting it down.  They were truly experts in manuevering the big limbs between the houses with ropes.  They were very professional, the price was great (and I got several estimates) and they did a good job of cleaning up.  I would highly recommend this company.  My neighbor wanted to wood for his fireplace and they were great in putting many of the big pieces on his lawn and stacking the smaller pieces so he could get them.  Very happy with this company

Dmitriy provided a quick estimate and had the work done before our usual tree service even did a quote. My first time to use Tree Expert NW and I am very pleased with their work. Excellent results.

I have used Dimitri at least 4 times in the past and would certainly use again in the future for trimming or removing trees and stumps. Has the best price, friendly crew, good clean up, on time, and does what he quoted you in a timely and safe manner.

It went very well. We found this company from a neighbor who had used them recently. After receiving an estimate, the work was able to start within the week. The crew was on-time, did not rush through the job. They were all very friendly and professional. They were especially professional with an upset neighbor who assumed they were cutting down the old walnut tree rather than trimming it. I felt horribly they were and quot;harassedand quot; but all was well in the end (I did tip them for dealing with the neighbor and because they did a fantastic job). Yes, will definitely use this company again for any tree needs!

Great to work with. Very happy with this company. We have been using Dmitriy and his company for five years. We bought a house that had too many overgrown Plum trees that had never been pruned properly. We wanted to save some of them but they were too big were we did not need shade, and to small where we needed shade. Dmitriy has worked with us in pruning the trees so the wind can go through them so they don't blow down, like some of our neighbors, yet they look great. We will continue to have him come every year and prune and take care of them. Very trustworthy. His prices are very fair. They are not the cheapest, nor the highest, you get what you pay for. I like thing to go as smooth as possible with out being taken advantage of in the $ area. I believe you pay a fair price now, or a much higher price later. I do not know the exact date he came this month without pulling the file, so the date of service is the date I wrote the review.

Our neighborhood requires every home to have 2 Plum trees in the front. They had become extremely diseased and the city approved the removal. Dmitriy along with another Tree Service were contacted to give bids. We had a neighborhood meeting and Dmitriy attended to answer all of our questions, the other service was not present. After several neighbors used his service we also decided to choose him. We were very pleased, his workers cut the trees, took out the stumps and ground up the trees into chips and deposited them into the neighorbood park. The clean up was so good you would not of known trees were there before. We then had him remove a large Spruce that was up against the house that was approx. 40 ft high along with a smaller one. Everything was done safely and without any delays.

We are 2,000 miles away and working with a company and spending that much money took a lot of trust on my part. They were very honest and communicative. They sent me before and after pictures showing the work. It really worked out well because we were able to sell the lot within days of him completing the work.
