Mark was so detailed and knowledgeable during his inspection. He constantly explained what he was doing and answered any and all of our questions (with a smile I might add). This is our first paid-for inspection and I would not consider buying a house without Mark going through it. The entire post-inspection is amazing also because of all his great notes, pictures, and advice. The website makes approving items to send to the seller so simple and easy. This was one of the best experiences dealing with a house purchase/sale that we could have experienced, and I would undoubtedly recommend Mark to anyone.

Mark was great, Didnt really know what to expect with a home inspection, it had been so long since Ive had one. Wow technology has changed. Lots of fancy gadgets to let me know where I was losing efficiency pin my house, very insightful. Mark did a great job, was super thorough, was professional, on-time, and the inspection report was laid out in a manner that even i could understand it.. which says a lot. Def would recommend!
