Kenneth responded quickly to my purchase on Angie's List. We set up a date and time and he was here right on time. He worked very quickly and was able to do more work for me than I had expected. He was very professional and easy to work with. We will hire him in the future for more work around our place. I would recommend him highly.

Ed showed up on time and went straight to work.  He found the valve box, I had no idea where it was because I have not lived at the house very long and I don't know anything about sprinkler systems.   I actually spent many hours looking for it but could not locate it.   Ed found it right away, there was a loose wire that he fixed and now the whole system is working again.   
He fixed up the sprinkler system so quickly that I then had him secure my aviary as it had become unstable in the last wind storm.  
All in all a very good experience.  I have recommended him to friends in the area.

All went well. Arrived a few minutes early, was professional and polite. Did all the work he was asked to do and it looked good.

.Ed arrived a couple minutes early.  It was a very hot day, but he worked quickly and did a super job,  barely stopping to drink water.  He made sure I was happy with his work and that I got the time I had paid for.  Very friendly, willing to do whatever I asked.  I will definitely call him again when I need things done.

Ed is a very hard worker... honest and fair in price I feel. He is sometimes not as quick to be able to do the work as I would like- but as I am flexible most often.. no problem. I never worry he will not get the job done.. and is always positive and quick to fix any issues if they arise. My pond filter had an issue after a couple years.. he fixed it PDQ and knew just what to do. I would and have recommended him for a landscape, handyman person.

He's very reliable for mowing and edging and stuff like that. He does a lot of the backflows because he's licensed to do that. He's very good at that. He works out of deal, so we use him for other stuff. You need to call him on his cellphone, you can't call him the day and inspect him to come out because he likes to put a schedule so he makes sure he takes care of everybody, so we always let him know maybe a week in advance if we want a project done at a certain time but as long as you let him know, he'll work with you. He's really good about that. He understands what customers want. His price is very fair, follows through and very honest and that's another factor that I like about him. If somethings happened or an emergency came or something, he'll let you know.

I had 4 quotes - TOPS was fast to respond (next day)  I selected them because of the professionalism and cost.   For 2 years (since we purchased our property) we have hired contractors to do work on a very nice but unkept home.  I will never use anyone else now that I have had the experience of working with TOPS.  On Time, Above and Beyond Quality, came back 2nd day to check on our satisfaction, friendly and organized.  I honestly was surprised and so pleased to finally have an experience where we were utterly satisfied.  Highly recommend!  Also - this is the first time we used Angies list....maybe there is a correlation!!  Thanks Angie!

Ed Baker the owner provided excellent customer service, and performed exceptional work in the patio installation. He provided more services such a weed prevention mesh at the best bid price of all contractors bidding on the work. He completed the work in a timely manner and performed follow-up to ensure our satisfaction with the work. He is a US Military Veteran and takes great pride in doing the job right and to the satisfaction of his customers. I would highly recommend his work.
