Top Notch Carpet Cleaning

Fantastic. They do an incredible job. I've used Top Notch many times and would never call anyone else. James is a wonderful human being: friendly, fair, and very responsive.

I have carpet in the kitchen and it really needed cleaning. I wasn't even sure it could be cleaned, but James did a terrific job and the carpet looks brand new. I also had some antiques that need the upholstery cleaned and he said he would be glad to give me the name of someone who does that. He also cleaned an area rug, a recliner and spot cleaned a couch. Everything looks great.

This was a great cleaning experience! After working with one of Top Notch's competitors for nearly 10 years, I made the switch to Top Notch. (The competitor got really flaky with unreturned phone calls and missed appointments.) I am so glad I did - James at Top Notch was just that - TOP NOTCH. We needed carpet cleaning for around 4,000 square feet, but the house has multiple stories, a couple of staircases, and - the big issue - a resident old dog who had a kidney infection. It was a big job! James was prompt in responding to my online request for a quote, and was able to promptly schedule the work for a time that worked well for me. James showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable about how to clean our area rugs, as well as our general carpet, and he had no trouble at all with the pet stains. The end result was a really refreshed house with pet odors eliminated! We're extremely happy with Top Notch and would absolutely work with them again. Thank you!

I have used Top Notch to clean my carpets for last 10 years. James has always done a fantastic job, is a total professional, and a joy to work with. Today his son Nick handled my carpet cleaning and is absolutely as professional and hard working as his father James. My carpets look like new. James was at the door at 0700 smack on. Reviewed work required and promptly got to work. I had a question about a couple of high traffic spots that didn’t seem to be cleaning up well. He explained why and later said that “he” wasn’t satisfied with how things looked and didn’t charge us a penny. That’s how you get repeat customers and referrals. Overall he did a great job???

Awesome!! He was on time, very conscious and made sure I was happy. Carpets looked clean and smelled great.

Left a message on their website at 9:00 PM to request a call back to schedule an appointment. To my surprise James called me right back. Stated he works late and often returns calls even if the request comes in later in the evening. Scheduled an appointment for the following week on a Wednesday at 3:15. On the day of the appointment, James was at our house right on time. We had him clean two full rooms and then parts of two other rooms. The rooms have white Karastan carpets and with five smaller children, they were pretty bad and had some significant stains. James went right to work and started by pretreating the stains. He then used a rug cleaning machine to work in the cleaner before he actually started with his steam cleaner. Long story short, the carpets turned out great! James worked very hard to make sure he got the carpets as clean as possible and he wasn't bashful about putting some time into them. He takes great pride in his work and his reputation and I can see why he is highly rated. We've used some of the national brand carpet services but they don't come close. James is also very personable and easy to work with. We will definitely use him again and are happy to have found such a high quality provider. If you want great results, give James a call!

Did a really good job. Wasn't able to get one stain up from prior residents, but overall carpets looked great.

He did a mostly very good job and offered to come back if needed. There were a few areas he missed, but I haven't had time for him to come back.

We've been using James for a few years now to have our basement and bedroom carpet cleaned every six or so months. He responds very quickly to email, is punctual (and sometimes early!) and is super friendly. He gets the job done quickly but thoroughly. Great value for the work performed and I appreciate that the house doesn't smell like artificial fragrance/chemicals when he's finished.
