Timely

Everything went quite well.  I was surprised that I was going to need to rent the truck myself but it turned out OK.  I was promised that the guys moving us would have their own blankets, hand truck, and other moving necessities.  The hand truck they brought was not in functional condition.  We had to use the one out of the Uhaul.  This cost me $10 but I was reimbursed by Tyler the following week.

Otherwise the move went as well as could be expected. No items damaged and the movers were respectful of our items.

I hired Tyler's business TIMELY for a complicated move. The movers Nathan, Mearl, and David arrived early at my rented storage unit and emptied the 10 x 20 unit and packed the 26 foot UHaul in a very short amount of time. They were 100% professional and FAST! We then drove the UHaul to a second location and continued to fill up the truck. Once we arrived at the final destination, the truck was completely full and packed perfectly. Nathan can work miracles with the "TETRA" like fitting of boxes and furniture in a UHaul!!  No items were broken nor misplaced during the move. They unloaded the truck (in the rain) and never complained. I just couldn't believe how fast these guys were unpacking and they even had stairs to walk down into my apartment!
At one particular time, I was standing in my apartment, and I was in the way of one of the movers. He kindly asked me to move, and reminded me that I needed to be out of their way so that they could do the best job possible. His communication impressed me. He was all business minded and had a mission to work to the best of his ability.
I have moved many times in my life (over 30), and it seems like there would often be a box or some item stolen by the former moving companies. One of the most comforting feelings about using TIMELY was knowing that I could TRUST them.  Hiring TIMELY for my move reduced hours of stress, prevented injuries to my back and neck, and gave me a sense of peace and comfort knowing that I was in good hands. I even found time to laugh and smile during my move. Who can say that happens during this stressful time?
Tyler's professional yet personal attitude impressed me. He called me a couple of times during the move to make sure that things were going smoothly. He even texted me afterwards and wanted to know feedback about the move. I told him that I was thrilled with the results. I HIGHLY recommend hiring TIMELY for a move. This is the 2nd time that I've used them, and I plan on using them again for my next move.
