Work was done as expected however upon further review I was massively over charged for the springs. $390 for springs that retail for less than $100

Excellent! Blue was awesome and thorough. I decided to go with the higher end garage door opener that had emergency battery in case house power went out. I had another garage repair company that was suppose to come out to fix the weather stripping earlier today but they arrived at the same time that Blue from Thunder garage was already finishing up the garage door. After the other garage repair company finished the weather stripping and just left in a hurry, Blue made sure to adjust the garage door keeping the clearance of the new weather stripping in mind and making sure garage door shut gently. I would hire Blue again in a heart beat.

I had called another company but did not get a call back for 1 1/2 hrs. I called Thunder and a human answered. I got an appointment for the same day. The technician arrived within the 2 hour window. He had to go get a part but returned within the time expected. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Lock works great. I'd hire again, good and responsive service.

Upon checking, we did provide you a free price estimate for a new opener, including installation, at your initial call over the phone and an appointment was schedueld for the work to be done. unfortunately, upon our technician diagnostic of your garage layout at the time of the appointment, he found that the work cant be done without a small construction modification. We did charged a service call fee as an appointment was schedueled, and also mentioned that once the needed changes will be completed, we will apply the paid service call fee for the reschedueled work. we value our customers and always try to do the best we can for them, and we do feel like the way we handaled the subject situation was to the best of our ability and with high customer service standards. Hopefully after reading this response, you will agree and give us another chance! We thank you for your feedback and consideration!"

Dean treated my garage door, like his was working on his own. He was very thorough. He not only replaced the springs, but tightened all of the nuts, and lubed the rails. Appreciated his work and concern. It was a quality service, and I would definitely call Thunder Garage Door/ Dean again. I am giving his name to my friends and family.

Dean and Lucus showed up right on time and fixed the problem. They were very friendly and professional . They explained what needed to be fixed and why. Repairs that could wait were pointed out Routine maintenance was reviewed as well. Great service and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

We would rate Lucas & Dean as A+++++ if we could. They were both exemplary in exhibiting the utmost professionalism in being courteous, providing excellent customer service interaction skills and having technical expertise as subject matter experts. They were very responsive to our online cost estimate request which we submitted after 8 pm. We received a call from Lucas and an email that same evening. They followed through with their time commitments and called us to let us know they were on their way. Met with Lucas & Dean Thursday evening for the cost estimates; the garage door opener was fixed within 1 1/2 hours Friday am. We had contacted another service provider but selected Thunder Garage primarily due to having immediate rapport with Lucas & Dean. Both the cost estimates were competitive. Beyond their technical savvy, Lucas & Dean both displayed great enthusiasm in the project which to us showed they enjoyed performing their job, which they probably do hundred of times. To us this enthusiasm meant they would do a great job. We would definitely call then again for our next garage door project or if we have a need for any of their other services they provide. I woke up this morning and had an issue open my garage door (one of my springs was broken) and i was so nervous because i parked my car inside my garage and I had no way to go to work. After I called so many companies Thunder were the fastest and gave me the best quote. Lucas arrived within 30 minutes, I was in shock how fast he arrived and boy he was so professional and gave me the best service I got in years. He also explain me things i didn’t know about my garage opener. From a tough morning he put a smile on my face. Lucas is my man, he is a lifesaver! I will totally recommend Thunder service.

I don’t know how it happened to me but I forgot my keys inside my car and got locked outside of my car. I called Thunder company after I got a recommendation from a friend and Lucas came and saved my day! First of all he came really quick, he was super professional, gave me a fair price and gave me service with a huge smile that made me forget my tough morning and change my day. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends ad family.
