Weeks ago we gave our deposit to the owner who has promised several times to build and install a balcony railing. He seemed disoriented on the few calls we were able to actually make with him. He has refused to update or connect with us for days on end. It looks like we’ll have to go to small claims court to get our deposit back.

I made several contacts to people but no one responded except Ray. Ray immediately contacted me via e-mail, sending photographs of previous work. He was extremely concerned about meeting our needs. He visited the site and offered multiple options. He took no deposit-preparing an invoice only after completion. This told us he was all about performing quality work-not a risky contractor who might take the money and run. He spent a lot of time installing the gates- making sure they were level. Their beauty far surpassed our expectations.
