House Cleaning
The person that showed up to do the initial inspection and price quote was late. The cleaners were consistently late, and in one case did not show up at all. The house was cleaned to a moderately reasonable standard, but it was not thorough.

"IN ORDER TO GIVE ALL OF OUR CLIENTS A JOB WELL DONE WE ALWAYS ARRANGE A WINDOW OF TIME WITH EACH CLIENT. THIS WAY IF WE RUN INTO TRAFFIC OR THE CLIENT BEFORE THEM TAKES A BIT LONGER OUR CLIENTS ARE AWARE THAT WE WILL ARRIVE WITHIN A 2 HR WINDOW. IN THE END SHE DECIDED THAT SHE NEEDED TO LET US GO BECAUSE SHE FOUND A SCUFF MARK ON HER VACUUM. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS ALWAYS OUR NUMBER ONE GOAL THOUGH WITH A FEW CLIENTS IT JUST SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO."

House Cleaning
Met with Domestic Divas and arranged for a one-time cleaning and then ongoing weekly cleaning. They left several things worse then they started...including some stains from their cleaning buckets on our hardwood floor, and some type of slippery oil spots on our hardwood floor. They did not show up for the next cleaning appontment and called 3 hours after to tell me that the new person had a family emergency (the person originally assigned was ''no longer with us''). After much discussion, they offered a free cleaning to correct the original problems which was supposed to happen on Friday. She was supposed to call to confirm the time. I have still not heard from her and have been unable to reach her by phone.
