After sucking the water out of the carpet, they pulled up the carpet, cut out the soaked padding, and installed high-power fans to dry the carpet and floorboards. They returned a few days later to replace the pad and reinstall the carpet. I really liked their positive spirit and friendly communication. They explained what they were doing and what my options were. They also recommended an excellent carpet cleaning service to clean and sanitize the carpet once dried.

Owen and his sons arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. Their work was well done and we were pleased with the results. Owen was extremely helpful when we came up against a major error with the carpet manufacturer. I would absolutely hire them again.

The Carpet Workroom was very professional and pleasure to do business with. They showed up exactly on time the day after we called to do an estimate and exactly on time the day the work was to be performed. Work was done quickly and for the exact price estimated. The guys were also flexible and helpful in moving furniture and hauling away old carpet. None of this - ''yeah, but that'll cost your extra'' stuff. Very impressive.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND DEPENDABLE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE INSTALLATION AND VACUUMED ALL CARPETED AREAS, AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. THE HEXAGON SHAPED AREA RUG, FOR THE WOOD FLOOR, TURNED OUT GREAT, AS WELL.
