Dale and Vicki held our hand and made sure we knew what we were getting, what we wanted, that it was installed, and even followed up for adjustments and small fixes. They ensured everything worked and fitted perfect. We were extremely happy with everything, indulging the price and especially the service. Thank you.

we call him , he came for measurement after 4 wks blinds came 2 wks later for installation. he is very busy but worth it

This is the second time we have used this company. Dale is prompt, professional, and personable. He measured the windows carefully, as the shutters are custom made. He brought product samples, and we reviewed each kind to determine which would be best in our situation. After the shutters arrived , the installation went quickly, and Dale reviewed the warranty with me. I would not hesitate to recommend his company!
