Perfect! Good communication. Mike Crow, was the service person, called us 30 minutes before the appointment, very professional, work a face mask, gave recommendation, pleasant demeanor, and courteous.

Extraordinary. Prompt, Professional and punctual. Did a number of "extras" such as securing diswahers to cabinet and permanently attaching faceplate on downdraft at no charge. Service calls don.t get much better than this. Highly recommend appliance clinic. Steve was outstanding.

Called them to schedule a service call to fix our dryer which had gone out a few days previously. They scheduled it for the following Monday and called on Saturday to confirm the 2 hour window that they would arrive. Steve arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and found out the issue was with the control board within a few minutes. Since every dryer model has a different control board he did not have one on his service truck, but he called a local distributor and found one within minutes. Steve offered to go and pick up the part right then to save us a further delay in getting our dryer fixed which was above and beyond our expectations. He was back within 30 minutes and 15 minutes later our dryer was repaired and the part even comes with a guarantee. This was great service and the labor charge was just for the initial service call fee that was quoted. Dealing with family owned service oriented companies like this one is a pleasure and we have already referred them to a co-worker having a washing machine issue.

They've been around for a long time. We will use them again. The price of fixing it ended largely because the spare parts were hard to get and expensive. It was going to be about three times the cost of new oven of that type. So we just went with a new table top oven and we are not quite sure what to do with built-in yet. They don't have a lot of competition. If you start reading appliance repair reviews and so forth, there are a lot more bad reviews than good reviews. So if you find anybody that doesn't have bad reviews, then that kind of looks like a winner. So I think these guys qualify in that way.

Very punctual. When we initially scheduled, they gave us a target date and promised to call the afternoon before to provide a target time. They did make that call, with a 1-hour window in the afternoon. about 10 in the morning the tech called to let us know he was running early, and he actually came just after his new target of 11. Very quick, and informative on the history and prognosis for our particular Maytag washer.
