She sent a staff member to show me the house. The staff member told me there was another offer on the property already (found out later that wasn't true). I called Terrie that evening and told her I'd like to write an offer- she told me I'd have to wait until after the open house the next day so she could see if she got any other offers!!! She told me it would be best if I used her inspector-I told her I had one already. When we met to sign the offer paperwork, she told me I had better use her title company because she didn't want to have to wait "too goddamn long for my slow title company to close the deal"...she was rude, then she asked if I was selling my house- I told her I would be eventually -she asked me how much I would be listing it for, and when I told her the price range (around 800,000), she then asked me if she could list it - I told her "no, I have it handled" (I would never let her near any listing I had). She proceeded to ask me over and over during our meeting if she could list my house....She is a nut case....and I don't know when they took the picture in her ads, but she looks 20 years older than that picture!!! I also asked her who had made the other offer on the house, because they told me my offer was too low based on the "other offer", she started stuttering and couldn't give me a clear answer...I told her to fax me a copy - she faxed me a copy of a offer with a name of one of her friends on it...
