We own a 10-plex where a long-time tenant (26 years - with pets!!) moved out, leaving the unit in desperate need of repairs and upgrades. The bathroom and kitchen were completely re-done with new cabinets, fixtures and appliances. Swanco also replaced the carpet (the floors needed to be disinfected and sealed because of pet damage) and repainted everything. Bob designed and implemented the changes and the unit is now filled with a nice bump in the monthly rent. The work was all top notch, timely (vacancy is not a good thing)and on budget..
