The bid was free and the estimate was surprisingly affordable given the scope of the job. The crew was professional and knowledgeable, And the job was done in a reasonable amount of time. Which is refreshing when taking about home repairs or upgrades. I am very happy with the end result and would recommend Superman Heating & AC to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

The estimate was free and the quote from Oscar was very affordable. Which was refreshing when you’re talking about home repairs or upgrades. The installer tech Nick was professional and knowledgeable. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time, and I am very happy with the end result. I would recommend Superman Heating &AC to anyone who needs hvac work done.

Our Goodman Heating system needed repair and Superman Heating was the selected contractor through our Homeowner Warranty. We initiated this service request in May 2017 and now its September and they still have not fixed the issues. With repeated phone calls and promises to arrive (taking time off work) and no-shows, Superman Heating now won't return phone calls and has failed in every aspect of professionalism. We are longtime residents of Clark County and this is the first time providing the community feedback but felt that the lack of service by this company and their unwillingness to right is something that everyone should know about. There are many company's to select from but I STRONGLY advise against Superman Heating & Cooling.

"We recently moved to a new office location these past few days, so there have been a delays during this transition as we were closed for a full day (yesterday 9/21). Our process is like the Cable Companies, we call or message with a courtesy call with Tech's Status & ETA (15-30min prior to arrival) so we would Never ask our clients to take time off work. After investigating further into this and speaking with your Home Warranty Company and found that it was scheduled to transferred to another service provider in June when Cooling calls became priority over Heating calls. We review our monitored calls so we can continue to improve, we do hear and can understand your frustration so we apologize it came to this time however when you had followed up in the middle of June we had informed you we were overbooked with Cooling calls and we had suggested that you contact your Home Warranty Company requesting another Service Contractor who would be available to repair your furnace. We have contacted your Home Warranty Company to inform them to contact their client about this work order. We look forward to improving our services for future clients."
