Awesome! I followed Troy around the house and yard as he inspected everything. He explained what was good about the home and what needed to be repaired, installed or updated. He went up into the attic, up on the roof, and under the house. He answered all my questions. The next morning via email I was able to log into a web site and download the full report. I could even make a checklist of things that needed to be taken care of. He does work in the state of Washington.

Troy was on time, polite and extremely responsive. He answered all of our questions, gave advice when asked and was extremely nice to our little one. He even let her take a picture or two for him. We received a nicely formatted report via email the next day that was very detailed yet easy to understand.

He did an incredible job for us when we purchased our last home. I was very impressed with his personality and how thorough he was when inspecting the home. I had great confidence in him from the very start. He did exactly what he said he would do.
