 + -1 moreAwesome! I followed Troy around the house and yard as he inspected everything. He explained what was good about the home and what needed to be repaired, installed or updated. He went up into the attic, up on the roof, and under the house. He answered all my questions. The next morning via email I was able to log into a web site and download the full report. I could even make a checklist of things that needed to be taken care of. He does work in the state of Washington.
Description of Work: I was purchasing a home for someone that is part of a trust (I am the trustee). We found a great home but even though we were paying cash I thought it would be a good idea to have the home inspected. I hired Superior Home Inspection on the advice of my realtor. Troy Walton came out and did a fantastic job.

 + -1 moreTroy was on time, polite and extremely responsive. He answered all of our questions, gave advice when asked and was extremely nice to our little one. He even let her take a picture or two for him. We received a nicely formatted report via email the next day that was very detailed yet easy to understand.
Description of Work: Troy checked most things from top to bottom and even looked at a few things outside of the normal scope. We did not have many surprises after purchasing the house thanks to Troy.

Description of Work: Troy arrived at the scheduled time. He was able to schedule our inspection on fairly short notice which was great. This was a 50 year old house, so there were many things to point out and Troy did a good job with things like gutters, electrical, and fixtures. We did have a miscommunication on the radon test turn around time so make sure that you are clear on this. My insurance company did not have the same concerns Troy had about the electrical panel. Overall I thought Troy did a good job and would recommend him to others.
