SUPER FLOORS OF VANCOUVER

I called super floors to get help for a great room floor and countertop for a kitchen island. Super floors did a shower for us about 2 years ago, we were very pleased and were looking forward to working with them again. However when I contacted Melissa a month ago she was very cool to our new project & did not seem very impressed that we had worked with one of their locations before. She said she would get back to me. After about 4 days without a call I left a message for her. After another week I called back again & was able to talk to her directly. She aplologised for not getting back to me & said she had been very busy. She transferred me to a consultant who did not really want to come look at our project but grudgingly agreed to come to our home. She told me she would look at her schedule & get back to me in a few days..........that was a week and a half ago. They do not seem to be eager for our business at all.
