The cost of service above includes Summit's fees and the Credit report and appraisal fees. It does not include Daily Interest charges, Homeowners Insurance, or the escrow account of $1620 to pay future real estate taxes.
While Andy Wright is a very pleasant person, he did not communicate well with me. This delayed loan processing and due to the nature of my refi, cost me an additional $2300 in financing costs. I inquired several times about what their loan process was and where my loan was in that process and did not receive a response.
If you need a Mortgage Banker for a loan that is not standard, I would advise you to look elsewhere.

I dealt with Lloyd White from this company. The guy was worthless. He didn't return phone calls in a timely manner. He didn't meet requests for information. It was not a good experience overall.
