SPOT SECURITY

The service person was late for his appointment, more than half an hour. He didn't explain or even acknowledge that he was late and that bothered me. The guy was nice and we had no problem with him. We had a few billing issues with them where they said I never payed the bill because I was given the wrong address to send the bill back too and they were telling me that they would send me a fax to correct that info. I think the billing department has to get more organized.

In March I got Spot Security's name from an internet service. I emailed a salesperson and asked about getting my current system upgraded. We settled on a price for three new keypads, one of them wireless and 2 key fobs. I was going out of town and time was critical. I had to cancel my first appointment because I was in court but I called and rescheduled immediately. The tech never showed up. I complained. They told me he didn't have a permit yet?? How had he planned on making the first appointment then? He tried to cancel the 2nd appt. When he showed up he didn't have the wireless system and had to install another one but told me to call when I got home from vacation and they would come right out and put the right one in. They didn't show up again and since then I have been unable to get them to answer my calls. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general's office.

ONCE IT IS INSTALLED AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY, IT IS WONDERFUL. THE PEOPLE THAT DO THE WORK ARE VERY NICE. THE PRICE IS PROBABLY COMPARABLE TO ANY OF THE OTHER SECURITY SYSTEMS.
