SONS Carpet Cleaning

Bryan called me back with in an hour of me contacting him on Angie's List. The day of the appointment he arrived right on the scheduled time. Our carpets have not been professionally cleaned for a couple of years and were looking pretty poor with kids, 2 dogs and a cat. Bryan reviewed with me what he was going to do and then over the course of 2 hours made our carpets look great. He was very diligent about cleaning up and giving me directions on drying time. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and will use again and recommend Sons Carpet Cleaning.

Bryan was on time. Gave an estimated time that the job would take and cost. He was very thorough and finished on time. The carpet looks very nice, and clean. I will use him again.

Communication was excellent. Had Bryan come over for an estimation a few days ago, he arrived on time and measured. Gave me a quote and scheduled for a few days later. Cleaning went very smoothly. Carpets look great. He took his time and did a great job. I would recommend him and i will use his services again.

I filled out a form on his website and Bryan  called me to find out what  I wanted. He made an appointment that was very convenient to look at my home and give me a quote for the work. After I agreed to it, he returned on a day that was very convenient to my schedule and did the work. He was very punctual for both appointments. His work was excellent. I have a carpet cleaner and I clean them periodically myself. However, my cleaner doesn't do as good a job as Bryan and I am very happy to have very clean carpets again.

I am a repeat customer because he does a thorough job with a powerful machine. He owns his own stuff and you always get him which is great.

Made arrangements for entry and provider called me at work before starting the work. Took specific measurements, agreed on a price and proceeded with the service. There were 2 major stains in front room (1 was cherry cough syrup) and he was able to modify the stain to nearly nothing. I was very happy with the quality and professionalism of this company and would use them again.
House was left locked and secured.

Brian arrived on time. Gave an estimate. Explained the cleaning process. Cleaned the carpets in the house. Carpets look and fell good.

I originally saw an ad on Google Offers. I called Bryan to ensure they serviced my area (we are 35 miles from downtown Portland). We worked out a deal of the phone and scheduled for the following week.

He arrived on time, gave me the cost prior to starting, then went ahead with the work. he was fantastic!

Bryan arrives on time and the work is completed quickly and professionally. He does an amazing job each time. His quote is always reasonable What I appreciate the most is his willingness to come and do the work in a fairly short time frame. He works with my schedule and that is great for me.

We used a groupon to purchase this job. The service was done very quick. There were a few spots that we were hoping that would come out but the spots did not. It was done perfect, but he was only here for a few hours and did over 1,000 square feet. I would use them again in the future.

When our long time carpet cleaner retired, I needed to find someone else. I am a dedicated fan of Angie's List rarely using anyone outside their recommendations. Sons Carpet Cleaning was an exception and here's why. My mother lived in an upscale retirement center and it was there that I heard about the "really great guy" that kept the carpets looking so beautiful, I decided to take a side step and at least have him give a bid. When the owner Bryan arrived exactly on time, his friendly and polite demeanor made me feel relaxed about allowing a "stranger" into my home. He quickly measured the carpets, made some suggestions and presented his bid. I decided then to ask him if he could get right to work and he said he came prepared, just in case. Bryan worked hard for several hours and I must say our light beige carpets look better since being installed 11 years ago AND, there was no chemical smell! After cleaning and scotch guarding the stairs, he pointed out some areas that were showing a little wear and a few spots that wouldn't come out. It wasn't until after he finished that he shared that he had grown up in the business as his father had a carpet cleaning business in another town. It made perfect sense. Because of the A+ service that Son's Carpet Cleaning provides, I immediately suggested that he register on Angie's List. I am happy to recommend Bryan and encourage you to contact this outstanding young man. Sons Carpet Cleaning is a true find. You won't be sorry.
