I liked them very much. I did not really want to go to Home Depot or Lowe's. I went and took some quotes that I had got from them and couple of other bigger companies. I told them that I really wanted to use a small local company. They needed to come close to my other estimate. They were very workable with me on that and I was able to use a local company, which I really wanted to do but I wasn't able to spend extra $100 to do that. Therefore, they came within my range and really wanted to work it out and they did. They were faster than everybody else was. They were very nice and explained things. I would definitely use their services again in the future. I have and would recommend them to others. They were good.

It went well. They were responsive to our call and scheduled fairly quickly. It took about 4 hours of sanding and buffing. The only thing that was unexpected for us was that the luster of the countertops has not completely returned. The scratches are gone and the countertops look fine to anyone who hasn't seen them before, but to us they are noticably different (very dull looking). The service person told us that with time it will look better, but I think we would have been better prepared for this had the initial contact person predicted this would happen. All in all, it was totally worth the fix and much cheaper than replacing the countertops.

The contractor came out to get specs to offer an estimate and were very thorough and gave allot of good info. Once I accepted their estimate someone came out to measure in greater detail and pick up the new sink I purchased to ensure accurate cutouts. The install day they came on time and kept a very clean work space. The end product was perfect and looked great. The removed the old formica counter and took it with them. They did add some lift to one side of the counter to ensure and even countertop. Their seal was perfect and very clean lines and even. Great Job!

Working with Solid Solutions was a very positive experience. Mike was efficient, professional and easy to work with. His demo, template and install crew were equally great. Installing granite was a new experience for me and Mike made it as easy as possible. We selected our granite from another company. Solid Solutions guarantees 10 business days from template to install and they were able to do it in 5. This is important because during this time you are without countertops, sinks and cook-top. The demo crew did ding one wall while carrying a sink out, but Mike offered to pay for it right away. Our whole kitchen only had one seam and you can barely see it. Solid Solutions was a good $1000 less than estimates from other companies and their quality is superior. I would recommend to anyone.

This job went perfectly! We found Solid Solutions on Angie's List and went through a home improvement store since they were the Corian contractors for that company. Mike called us less than 24 hrs. after we'd put in our initially inquiry. The next day he was out measuring. One week later they came out to template and a week after that our countertops were installed! The installers, Matt and Blake, were very respectful, informative and easy to communicate with. In fact, everyone at the company with whom I dealt was. Everyone who came to the house for the various stages of the project arrived on time (if not early), and fully cleaned up after themselves. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this stellar company.

Solid Solutions has earned my trust. I have two more countertop projects, and I will definately be using this company exclusively.

Dave who came to measure and estimate was polite, competent and knowledgeable about his products. We did not feel that we were being pressured into buying more than we wanted. He did suggest that we add the window ledge to our original plan and he was absolutely right about how it enhanced the finished job. We were very satisfied with the workmanship of the completed project. The installers were professional, punctual and clean. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone interested in custom countertops.

THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I HAVE LOOKED OVER THE PLACES WHERE I KNOW THERE ARE SEAMS LOTS OF TIMES AND CAN'T FIND ONE. THE COUNTERTOPS MAKE MY KITCHEN LOOK VERY RICH.
