In the summer of 2009, I phoned Buyers Brokerage about buying a house in Vancouver.  For personal reasons, I needed to move to Vancouver (from Oregon) by November, and had unique requirements for what I needed in a house. 

That same morning I met with Dawn Ho and Megan Paul.  They were immediately helpful, giving me pointers on different neighborhoods, prices and the process.  

By the next day, Buyers Brokerage was sending me email lists of homes in my price range so that I could "look" at homes without being in Vancouver.  This helped me refine those features that were most important to me.   And, when it was time to view the homes, they listened to what I said, and used those suggestions to find other homes that fit my needs and wants.  
 
In October, I found a house in a wondeful neighborhood that suits me perfectly.   And, Buyers Brokerage helped me work through the whole buying process, which at times can be a bit daunting. 

I would highly recommend working with Buyers Brokerage.  They are buyers agents (representing only the buyer) which I found to be superior process.  They always worked with my best interests in mind.

My husband and I worked with Dawn over several years.  We were new to the Vancouver area and couldn't decide on the type of home we were looking for and in which neighborhood.  So we looked for a house for 1 year, took a year off to have a baby, and then worked with her again for another year until we finally found the perfect home!

Dawn is very knowledgeable of the area and was able to help us narrow our search to a few neighborhoods that best fit our needs.  She is also extremely patient as is evident by the amount of time she was willing to spend with us!  In the end, Dawn helped us to see that the best house for us was one that we built ourselves.  Based on her understanding of our needs, she helped us find the perfect neighborhood and a builder who would be able to build the house we had been looking for.  She helped us negotiate the best price and the finishes we needed in our home.  She also continued to work with us through the building process, the final inspection, and the close.

We chose a Buyers Agent because we wanted a real estate agent who was concerned about us and not the seller.  Dawn met this need and surpassed our expectations as she always had our best interests in mind - first, last, and always!  We've now been in our home for almost 1 year.  It really is the perfect home for us, and we can't thank Dawn enough for sticking with us and helping us through this entire process.

We recently sold a rental property and used Mr. Ho from Broker Direct NW to do so - and we were VERY impressed with him! He listed the proprty right away, he was very helpful and eager, caring and went right after getting it sold! The house was only on the market 28 days before he sold it! He was so nice, professional and made the ENTIRE process VERY easy for us! I would tell ANYONE who is selling property to go through Dustin Ho!
