Everything happened just as it should have. Shawn anticipated and handled the myriad twists and turns of our home sales transaction with ease and exemplary professionalism. Her advise on all aspects of the sale were consistently spot on. Then when it came time to find our new home, Shawn used all the tools available to keep us informed of all the homes in our preferred area immediately as they became available. We purchased during a full on seller's market so timing was essential and I know with complete certainty that without Shawn's knowledge and expertise, there is no way that we would have been able to purchase our beautiful new home. Shawn new just the right timing and pricing to make it happen and we literally could not have done it without her. Buying or selling Shawn Sturos is by far your greatest possible asset for protecting your investment.
