I HAD NO REAL CLUE OF WHAT I NEEDED TO FIX OUR PROBLEM. MY HUSBAND WAS OUT OF TOWN AND MY HOUSE WAS FLOODING UNDERNEATH IN THE BASEMENT. THE GUYS LAUGHED AND SAID MY HUSBAND HAD GREAT TIMING. THEN THEY TOLD ME HOW TO USE THE PUMP AND SENT ME ON MY WAY.
