When I called Steve for an estimate, he arrived within an hour and walked through the needs with me. When I expressed concerns about the overall wiring of the house (not the issue I called about), he took the time to look at the panel to be sure I didn't have aluminum wiring (I didn't). In other words, he didn't offer to fix a problem I didn't have. The work was completed in one day as bid. I normally do extensive research and get multiple bids when hiring a contractor, but Steve came across as so completely competent and ethical that I felt very comfortable asking him to do the work without following my usual process. He was personable, responsive to additional requests and knowledgeable. When the inspector came today he made the unsolicited observation that "Steve does good work". I would definitely hire him again.

All the work went great! The kitchen under cabinet lights were the most complicated task. Steve looked over the kitchen and thought out the solution carefully before drilling the first hole. He worked with me to carefully place the lights to avoid a shadow line on the counter top due to the large piece of molding on the edge of the cabinets. The rest of the tasks went exactly as planned. I will note that with any remodel, you run into the unexpected. On several occasions he ran into unexpected framing pieces. Steve had no problem working around these issues. Also, Steve was careful to and quot;containand quot; the mess from drilling and sawing. He used heavy drop cloths and cleaned up at the end of each task.

The whole experience of dealing with Steve was very enjoyable. He is very professional at what he does which was related to me by the electrical inspector who finilized the job.

Quality work and customer service. Efficient job. Work was done professionally and they showed me how to use my fans. Very easy to work with from beginning to end. Made the whole thing easy.

We called and promptly received an on site bid. Waited four months to call back and ask for installation. Had to wait a few weeks for an installation opening in the contractor's busy schedule. The electrician ran into several probems, size of space was odd and electrical was acting up, but he was able to adapt and install perfectly--in a half hour.
Although expensive, the job was done right with a top of the line, silent fixture that has an installation and product warranty.

Steve is wonderful. We had a frightening experience with our electrical panel sparking, and Steve came out quickly to replace the entire panel. He is professional, efficient, and does very quality work. We are having him out in the next week to do more electrical work on our house, and are planning to have him do all the electrical in our entire remodel. I highly recommend Sand L.

Steve gave us an estimate to install recessed lights in our master bedroom and to replace a fan/heat unit in the master bathroom. He suggested we move the existing ceiling fan in the master bedroom for better balance with the new lights. He also suggested a light, which we had not considered, in the short hallway upon entering the bedroom. The job was scheduled for the following week. They were punctual and promptly began work on the master bedroom. We were consulted on the placement of the lights and fan before they did the installation. The fan/heat unit was replaced in the bathroom and we also had Steve check for GFI plugs, which he installed. We cannot express how delighted we are to have new lighting in our once dark bedroom. We are pleased with the selection of lights they installed and the attention to detail. While in the attic, they brought to our attention that the roof was leaking due to heavy rain we had that day. We were thankful that they noticed this problem and we immediately called to have our roof repaired . When Steve initially came out to give us the estimate, we also had him give us a quote to add recessed lights to the kitchen, family and living room and bonus room. Because of the professionalism and excellent job they did we will definitely have them back.

Steve and his crew did a fantastic job! We had them install two ceiling fans in our large master bedroom to replace the small single fan. Looks great and makes a wonderful difference in the bedroom. Two large fans were installed in our large entryway to circulate air from the two-story ceiling height. All of the work was completed in one day and looks great! Highly recommended to have Steve and his team complete any electric work you need. Just a note - Steve came out over the holidays to diagnose an exterior electric problem; our exterior outlet was not working. After 30 minutes he discovered that it was only a matter flipping a switch. I felt pretty silly, but perked up as soon as Steve mentioned that he would not charge me for this visit! Who does that anymore? Fantastic!
