The whole experience was excellent. Jeff called soon after my Angie's List search. There was a technician, Colby, already doing a job out my way so he scheduled him in the very morning of my call. Colby arrived at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He then did a tune-up on the door. Colby is a gem: experienced, knowledgeable, professional and personable. And the price was reasonable. I think Ryder Garage is a very good company and I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.
