Run-around Mark

I was told about Run-Around Mark by my sister who manages apartments. She had used Mark before and said he was affordable and very easy to work with. I had a new childcare facility that needed some improvements prior to opening December 1st 2011. We had very little time, very little extra money, and a lot of work that needed to be done. Mark tackled everything, he first went through taking photo's while speaking with me. Then based on our priorities he began to eliminate worries one by one. I couldn't believe him, he would be there from 6:00 am to 10 or 11pm just to make sure it all got done before opening! He did have to call in a licensed contractor for a couple of items but even then he personally negotiated a great rate (I know I checked around) all based on the previous relationship. He got everything done on time and even repaired items he cam across that hadn't been in the price all free of charge... because he seems to be one of those guys that just cares that if his name is on it he wants it done right and he seemed to want to help us as much as possible. Because of that integrity and ethic I have used him on other big jobs as well as hiring him to maintain the properties on a monthly contract additionally if something need fixin we know we can call him and he will be out quickly!
