They provided a detailed bid in writing (emailed to us after looking at our property). On the day of the job, the crew was friendly and seemed to be very safety conscious. They were also considerate of our property -- without our asking, they put a protective cover (cardboard, I think) on top of our wet grass where they had to walk across it. The work they did was good; just as expected. Clean up was also good; they very neatly stacked the wood from the trees they had felled, and removed all other debris. I would definitely hire them again.

We have been very pleased with the work done by Roscoe Brothers. We deal exclusively with Lloyd and he is a professional in every way. When we need an opinion or an estimate - Lloyd is prompt and responsive to our calls. He will come by and give you a written estimate and then stick to the estimate. When the crew is here they are professional and courteous. We have recommended them to friends and family and we will continue to do so.

I have used this compay several times and they are very professional. Each time work was done we had Rhett. They come in
and do the job and clean everything up. Rhett works with them making sure everything is done. Would hire them again.

I saw them on Angie's List, but I got recommendations for them from some friends. Angie's List didn't really have much information on them, but they were excellent. They do tree and lawn service. Their cost was their estimate and it was exactly that.

We live on the side of a hill and the trees are difficult to reach. The crew came out in the freezing rain/sleet and worked all day to complete the job. They were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and the clean-up, both in our yard and our driveway where they chipped the trees, were perfect. We will definitely have them back in a few years to re-trim these trees when these start to grow up again.

They have trimmed or removed several trees and have removed blackberries. They always do a beautiful job, and leave the yard very neat and clean.

Roscoe Bros provided a written estimate after viewing the trees to be removed. They showed on time the morning of the appointment and did an excellent job in lowering the limbs as they cut them to avoid hitting an adjacent wooden fence.
The workers were very professional and left the site in good order.

They did an amazing job. They use cables and climb the trees and cut them down branch by branch with workers below keeping things safe. They have a branch shredder right there and keep things cleaned up as they go along. Once they finished - other than the trees being gone and one trimmed - you wouldn't even know they were they. They were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them. Their work cost almost 1/2 of two other quotes we did - and they were kinder as well.

We walked around our property together discussing what needed to be done. We were given an itemized written estimate that day. We chose which items we could afford to do at that time.
