Lawn Service
Because I have a dog, I lock the backyard. Company set up a set day to come out and do lawn. Told me they do it even in the rain. From the very first time they were scheduled to come out, they did not show up on the day set. They came out basically whenever they felt like it. Then they could not get into my yard. No phone calls. No explanations. No return visits. Ron changed set day approximately 8 times. Never came on that day. Last time, the guy he used did not do backyard because he came on a day he wasn't supposed to. Called Ron (again) and he told me he would come out that Saturday. Never showed up. Called him tonight and he once again acted like I had never called him and he didn't know anything about coming back. Fired him finally. I would NEVER use this company.
