Jack was recommend by our realtor, Dennis Williams, so I checked him out on Angie's list. He was highly rated with all A's. I can see why. He is an extremely personable guy. Here at appointed time. Went right to work and had the job done very quickly. I watched him every step of the way. Very professional. Extremely efficient. If you want an electrician who is honest, dependable, a professional who knows his trade, easy to communicate with, and has reasonable rates, then I highly recommend Jack Roller. Great job.

He was very quick about it.  He always shows up on time, he's extremely punctual.  He focuses on the job.  We've used him several times but this time he came with coworkers and they finished up the job very quickly.  It took him 45 minutes or less to finish it, he was quick.

I recently used Angie's List to search for an electrician and I found one that I used to use about five years ago. I had thought that they had gone out of business because it was basically a single proprietorship, but they had like 10 reviews and all were great. I thought that they were great when I used them. They were in the middle of five bids and it was fair. I am going to bring them back in to do some stuff for me once the holidays are over.

We were our own general contractor for the buliding of our new home. We had Jack do the rough in electrical and then we did the final. Jack was very organized and did many different things that planned for possible future additions and made it very easy for us to do the final electrical. This is a small family run business that understands customer service. I do not know how many times I said "bless you Jack" as I was doing the final electrical. I have called him back several times with questions after he was done/paid and he always takes the time to talk to me and try to help. His prices are very fair and his work is outstanding.

They are local family based company. He is an old-fashioned service provider. He will come out and give an estimate, and if he doesn't need to charge for things, then he won't. He is very reliable, competent, honest, responsive, and easy to work with. Also if I start a project and get stuck doing something, he will come out and help me. He doesn't make me feel dumb. I am hiring for another job soon. He is very reasonable in price.

They showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up very well when they were done. The cost was very reasonable too!

Jack was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything he did so we could understand. He was very honest.

It doesn't get any better than this. Great communication and did the work in under 2 hours. Most important, it was all done correctly and under estimate.

The men came in and it was a quick job. We talked about the layout and how the lighting should look. I liked that because he really wanted to know what I wanted and didn't just come in and take control. They worked quickly and efficiently. He also diagnosed a problem that we had with our outdoor lighting and fixed it without having to rip up our yard. I trust that he is honest with us and gives us the best price.

They arrived on time. They had all the necessary equipment. I was impressed with how clean and efficient they were while getting the job done. They installed all the outlets we requested plus a last minute request for a phone line upstairs. Totally worth it and we would definitely use them again. They don't know it, but they are "Our New Electricians." We will definitely keep them on file.

They cleaned up after themselves. They came in, they were quick and got everything done. I would hire them again.

Several of our outdoor lights stopped working, and though we tried, we couldn't find the problem. I checked Angie's list and called Roller Electric. Jack was in the area and was willing to come by and check out the problem. He and John spent time investigating the problem and found the faulty wiring, which they quickly fixed. I am very impressed by them and will be using them for future projects.

Showed up on time for estimate and for work. Billed exactly what was estimated. The two of them came in, worked hard, cleaned up everything as expected. They had to work around me as I was working from home in the office. I scheduled out a couple weeks to accommodate my travel schedule. I wanted to use a company that, if it worked out, I could use going forward. I have used larger companies before, but you never know if the guy showing up will be any good; mixed results.

Jack is one of the owners and he came out and quoted the job. His quote was about half what we expected. After he quoted, we added some things to the job. They showed up a little early and there were 4 of them, Jack, Shaun, John, & Ben. We had figured it would take at least 2 days and maybe 3 to do all the work. They had a brief meeting with Jack assigning work to each man and giving them an overview of the entire job. They got right in and each of them knew exactly what they were doing. They banged out the work quickly and professionally and we were stunned at how efficient they were. It took them about 9 hours to finish the job and my husband did a couple of parts runs because one of the ceiling fans we bought was missing some pieces and the pendants needed some mounting brackets and we needed bulbs. We had not purchased the under cabinet fixtures yet so my husband went out and bought those while they were working on other parts of the project. Excellent work!

They were so easy to work with! He did a terrific job! He set it up so that if we wanted to add lights in the future, we could do that. He also fixed a small problem I had. There was light along the staircase that would blink all the time. Jack fixed it in about 5 minutes, when other electricians couldn't find the problem. My yard guy was so impressed with Jack's work that he is using him for projects now!

Lowest of 3 bids, prompt (returned calls, showed up on time), courteous, and professional.

We are extremely pleased with Roller Electric's service and workmanship. Jack Roller responded promptly to our call for a bid. Our two other bidders advised us they would need to make several access holes in the walls and ceiling in order to install the lighting fixtures and wall switches. When Jack came to look at the job, he offered ways to accomplish the work without having to cut holes in the walls and ceilings. His bid was substantially less than the other two bids and his work was completed without causing repair work to the walls and ceilings. He installed a large track lighting system in the family room and two pendent lights over the eating bar in the kitchen, and installed garage outlets. His work was perfect, and made the most of the track lighting configuration. We were very pleased with his service, friendly demeanor and skills. We will use him again and recommend him highly to anyone looking for a skilled electrician.

Jack was very professional and on time for both the estimate visit and the actual work day. There was a bit of a communication mix-up regarding what type of ventilation fan to install, but that was my fault because I couldn't be there during installation. Despite that small problem, everything was properly installed and it turned out better than I expected. The cost was exactly as Jack estimated. I would definitely hire them again.

Outstanding. Project was strictly on time and material basis. Promised to start at 8 AM and showed up at 8 AM. 3 man crew was in and out in 2 hours. Extremely professional. Presented me with a bill that was $150.00 below my personal estimate for the work performed. Having been in the business for many years I really appreciated the way the work was done. Highly recommend Roller Electric.

Electrician was on time and preformed a difficult task in a rerasonable amount of time. There were numerous problems in the circuit from a previous remodel but he found all of them and brought the service in the room to where it should be. We are very pleased and would use Roller again.

Very professional and prompt. He arrived the day after contact to give a quote. He fit me into his schedule by the following Tuesday and stayed in amount quoted. He did the work without supervision. He was also knowledgeable and approachable. I would definitely use him again.

They are professional, on time, and pleasant to deal with. When you talk to Jack, the owner, he treats you as a valued customer even if you are new. I highly recommend them if you are Clark County. Good value, too.
