We hired Russ from Research Driven Marketing because our business website was a mess! The company who had set it up for us, created everything and put it on the web for us didnt do anything beyond that with us. We paid company "X" $5,000.00 to set up our website and get it out there for us. After it was done, we contacted them to make some changes and updates, at which we paid $1,500.00 for a few minor things (adding a few photos and posting a blog). We ended up having to contract a college kid to get in the back door of the website and make changes for us - and we had to pay her an additional $15o per month to do this, on top of Company X's $350 they were charging us per month to host the website through their server. We were bleeding money to Company X and were not seeing any positive changes or upgrades to our traffic in business, and updating the page or making any changes seemed to cost a fortune, and we were consistently getting complaints from clients that the website constantly had broken links and information in the wrong areas.

We were hesitant to even contact Research Driven Marketing because they are a newer company, have only 1 owner and operator and they had not been in business more than a couple of years. But, we spoke with him and got a quote from him - and we were THOROUGHLY impressed!

He took a look at our website and created a document that outlined the issues that he could see, and some issues that we could NOT see. Company X had registered OUR website under THEIR name, which meant that if they wanted to KEEP our domain name - we couldnt have it and would have to get a new web address! (we already had our website printed on THOUSANDS of letter head, and re-printing would have cost hundreds) He also helped us understand why THOUSDANDS of our photos had disappeared from the website - we were told by Company X that they had been lost, but couldnt explain how. They had been hidden in another part of the web.....and Russ found them!

He prepared a DETAILED quote with reasonable recommendations and extensive explinations of what he was going to do, and exactly where our money would be going - and it was a REASONABLE cost!

We paid him $500.00 up front to move the website to his server and hosting, which is costing us $4 a month VS. $300! He has also made many changes to the website that we didnt even think of! He moved the site and registered it in OUR name, so we OWN it! He moved photos from the blog area to the photo gallery, helped us write a good blog to put under the blog section, uploaded all of our lost photos and even created new tabs in the menu bar to help us communicate with our sub contractors and clients better! He has also agreed to maintain the site for $100.00 per month - unlimited maintenence (Company X was charging us $92 an hour for ANYTHING being done to our site).

We cannot even express how happy we are with all the POSITIVE changes Russ has made to our site; we have recieved new business with his help and numerous compliments! The site is gorgeous, functional and helpful to all of those who have accessed it!
