Reliable Texture & Drywall

Steve did an outstanding job in matching a very specific ceiling texture. He was also very professional and timely in his work. I would definitely recommend him.

He fixed the hole, cleaned up the mess and the wall looks good again.

Responded later the same day I called. made an appointment in a few days for the estimate then scheduled a time about a week later when I excepted the bid. Then were on time, extremely professional and fast. were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I left a voicemail late on a Friday afternoon requesting a quote. Steve called back Monday morning, apologizing for the delay, and offering to visit the next day. Steve and Jake arrived promptly and quickly surveyed the work. I asked a few questions, and Steve answered confidently, "If it has anything to do with drywall, we can do it." He prepared a quick quote, at what I felt was a very inexpensive price point; I authorized the quote, and they went to work immediately, then I left for work. (I trust them in my house.) They worked quickly and cleaned up well. They left an invoice on the kitchen counter, which I gladly paid via USPS mail the next day. Now the walls look immaculately uniform, even where the old texture abuts the new, and the repairs are barely noticeable. (That'll be covered by paint soon.) I would eagerly hire Reliable again, so much so that I wish they were a the general contractor who could manage all my other projects!

Steve was able to come out for an estimate within a few days. He had us on the schedule within a week and was prompt. They did a fabulous job of repairs and texturizing. Cleaned up after themselves and was done within 4 hours. Fantastic!

Everything is good. The texture is perfect. He made sure to call prior to coming out. Two times he called just to confirm the appointment, I thought that was very good.

Steve estimated it would take approximately 10 hours of work. He was able to complete it in approximately 4 hours. The work is outstanding and, though I haven't painted it yet (still drying), I can't see any imperfections in his work. I would rate everything an A with Reliable except the price since I would have tried to negotiate a lower price had I known it would take half the time estimated. I will definitely give Steve and Reliable a call if we ever need more drywall work done.

They promptly returned my call both times with a very competitive bid. They showed up on time and finished on time. The first job required a day. The second required 2 consecutive days.

They did all the work to completion in one day with good work and at a very reasonable price.

They did a wonderful job on their craftsmanship, but I did not think they were very friendly.

Fantastic! They were very responsive and came by to give me an estimate within a day or two, then came back the following week to make the repair. It was a tricky job because the texture was thick and uneven and the drywall underneath didn't match up properly, so at one end the sheetrock butted up against the adjacent sheetrock just fine, but at the other end there was a 1/2 inch difference. Reliable Texture and Drywall were amazing. They got rid of the gap and textured the drywall to match the ceiling exactly. They also patched about a one foot square hole in my wall to the point where there was absolutely no seam. The workmanship was outstanding, they cleaned up well afterwards, and there were no surprises--they did what they said they would at the price we discussed. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

They exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend them.   In fact I'm trying to talk him into doing another  area of the house for me.  Hoping he can fit me into his schedule.. Very friendly and professional... 

Two workers arrived on time agreed. Protected flooring and surfaces. Worked without a break. Repaired areas that had been the subject of the estimate. Found two other small areas that they also repaired. Were polite and professional. Cleaned up thoroughly after work was completed. Overall excellent experience.

He quoted the job very quickly.  The two of them put up new drywall, taped and mudded several different areas of my house.  They repaired drywall nail pops and seams in several areas.  They were fast, extremely professional and did a fantastic job.....actually too good a job, now my other walls look shabby. LOL.  I will be bringing them back to work on all the other drywall work in my house.  

After having a pipe break and destroy some sheet rock we found Reliable Texture & Drywall, and I made an inquiry on Angie?s list. Steve called me back that same afternoon, came by to give us an estimate on his way home that evening.
We decided to have him remove the old ceiling texture while doing the repair.
They showed up the next morning when he said they would.
They had the drywall replaced and the old texture removed that day (which was a Friday).
They returned Monday morning and textured and removed all of their masking and protective layering from the floors.

Steve, the owner, did a fantastic job. He is an obvious perfectionist and a true artist. In addition to doing a perfect match to the brocade dining room ceiling he charged less than one third of the other bids. He was, also, able to squeeze me in the next day. Steve and his associate were extremely professional and helpful and did a nice cleanup after the job was completed.

Steve from Reliable Texture was a fantastic surprise in the world of contractors. We gutted a bedroom, bathroom and closet and installed plumbing and electrical for a media room and kitchenette. Tons of rough openings from all of the electrical work which required a talented drywall specialist. I feel as though I won the lottery after finding Reliable Texture! Steve and his crew was on time every day, professional, thoughtful and most of all highly skilled in drywall installation. They carefully protected our wood floors before each work day and kindly cleaned up after the day's end. A blessing for us after living in construction chaos h*** for three months! Their price was not the cheapest but it wasn't the most expensive either. In the end, they were worth every penny and we are so grateful we found them. Please take chance on Reliable Texture. Trust me....you'll be glad you did!

Steve came by on super short notice to give me an estimate. His estimate was half of what others had given me. I was impressed by his timeliness and professionalism. I was a bit skeptical because the price was half of what I had be previously quoted, but went ahead due to his demeanor and knowledge. Since this was a rush job (I really needed this space to use) they showed up a few hours later. The whole crew jumped on the task and handled all the problems the drywall guy had left them. By the end of the day the project was completely done and looked amazing. All through this process everyone was very professional and respectful. They even vacuumed the stairs on the way out. All in all, they were awesome and have and will continue to recommend them for any drywall needs.

Demoed, patched and textured walls that had water damage from a leak.  Prompt response, reasonable price, good quality.

Steve was very accommodating by fitting our repair into his schedule, which was slightly outside his normal work area.   He was punctual, efficient, professional, and did a good job.  We recommend him and would hire him again.
