RE Roof Solutions Inc

Job took from Aug to Nov 2012.  House was unoccupied during job, they entered the house without permission multiple times via the skylights.  The house required keys to exit as well as enter; so the skylights were the only way to enter & exit without breaking down a door or window.  Left sliding glass door to balcony ajar about an inch and all doors in garage unlocked.  We discovered this when we visited the home several times during the job.  Used bathroom multiple times & left filthy.  Multiple items were missing from house that the company reimbursed us for.  Mis-measured roof and only bought enough materials for half the roof. 
Asked us to pay for additional materials directly to their supplier.  Used old, beat-up boards to replace dry-rot areas on the eaves after we requested and agreed to pay for new boards.  Did not flash chimneys properly.  The 4 inch gutters installed were not the size we had specified (6 inch) and they were pulling away from the roof during heavy rain.  We had the gutters replaced by another contractor during our house remodel after we moved in to the house.  We also have had to have the chimneys undercut and  flashed as well as sections of TPO repaired by other contractors because the roof continued to leak after several attempts by this company to fix the problems.  The other contractors discovered that two of the replaced skylights were not fastened down so unauthorized entry from the roof was still possible

Nick, Joe and crew did an excellent job on the entire job at a final cost that was significantly below all other bidders.  The work was professionally done and the finished product was high quality.  The owners and all workers were courteous, hard working and conscientious.  Clean up was good.  As a reference, I manage and oversee facilties ranging from large modern commercial structures and residences to historic buildings.
A problem developed a few months after the job was finished and the company came back in December and corrected the problem without issue.  I highly recommend their work and would use them again.  I am considering using them for another roof replacement out of the area. 
The only area in which I could recommend improvement is their communication.  They are sometimes  difficult to contact or slow to return calls or messages.  Otherwise, I would give them "A" ratings across the board.
