 + -1 moreTerrible custoemr service that ignores you the moment they determine you are not going to be an income stream for them. Bad business practices that put unnecessary strain on new tenants in favor of extracting as much money from people as possible without any time between. Unfeeling, nonresponsive and cold corporate landlords. EW

Every time there was a turn over, the Properties West 360 came up with thousands of dollars in repairs. And, SURPRISE, the owner also owns the company that does all the maintenance work. I finally changed property management companies and had paid Properties West 360 to have the house cleaned. The new tenants moved in and none of the drawers in the kitchen were cleaned, things were left in the cabinets and garbage was left outside. I had to pay the new management company to clean the house AGAIN! I sent an email to Properties West 360 asking for a refund of the cleaning fee and they will not respond. RUN FAR AWAY, unless you want to get ripped off.

Description of Work: They were my property managers for one year. I did receive my rent on time, however their accounting, maintenance services and tenant placement and monitoring was below par. Service and maintenance charges and fees were high and their work was low quality. I didn't trust them at the end and hired a new property manager. I would advise avoiding Properties West 360 when choosing a property manager.

Description of Work: We hired properties West - who is now known as Properties West 360 - in 2013 to manager our rental condominium in Vancouver, WA. They have done a very good job for us and they are very affordable. I would definitely recommend this company.
