Good value for the structural work. Scott does it himself. If you can look-in on the work and you trust yourself to know if they have missed something, then you could use him for a project like this. They ''fixed'' one of the support beams, but did not notice that the base was rotting so it had to be redone. For the shower room, he was absent from managing much of the work on the shower, so we had to do it. Did not supervise his people, who did things out of spec. He did not consult with us where they needed to alter specs and then resisted necessary resulting changes. He is not detail oriented enough for this, which had many design elements spec'd out to come together. He was not able to provide some of the valuable insight we expected from a GC to help guide decisions (IE: cost of tiler). The project was several weeks late. Since this was the larger and more expensive of the two projects, ratings are based on this one.
