Zach and Cory did a good job cleaning my vinyl siding and windows for a reasonable price. I appreciated the extra effort by Zach to clean chimney above roofline, by hand. I will probably hire them again for pressure washing and window cleaning. Their method of killing roof moss also seemed like a better way to go next time I need that done, less likely to cause damage to roofing material.

Zach did a great job! He used an eco friendly product which enabled him to do a soft washing. He was careful around my plantings. The house looked brand new afterwards. Incidentally, the business was called Shaniko, but it matches the contact information on this Angie's List page.

He did a good job on the house and driveway. However, a horrible job on the deck and broke one of my security cameras and refuses to stand by his work or pay for damages done. I have tried to resolve this problem between the two of us, but since I already paid him before inspecting the work, he is not willing to resolve the problem.

The day they came, it was raining and I was a little worried not being able to see how the job was done because of the rain. And then I noticed later that they missed several spots. I Emailed them, telling them, and I never got a response back. I thought if they were reliable , they should have return and done the job properly. I am very disappointed and I will never use them again.
