RANDALL WASN'T ABLE TO MAKE IT AT THE TIME WE ORIGINALLY SET, BUT CALLED TO LET US KNOW. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND SEEMED TO DO A THOROUGH INSPECTION. HE GAVE US MANY TIPS ABOUT KEEPING THE CHIMNEY CLEAN. IT IMPRESSED ME THAT HE WAS QUITE HONEST, AND TOLD US THAT THE CHIMNEY DIDN'T NEED TO BE CLEANED OUT. HE WAS HERE FOR OVER AN HOUR, BUT CHARGED US ONLY $25. HE WAS SOMEWHAT HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH, BUT SO ARE WE, AND WE BOTH PERSISTED, AND WERE ABLE TO CONNECT.

OWNER WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, TALKATIVE AND THOROUGH. ALTHOUGH WE WERE A LITTLE LATE GETTING HOME, HE WAITED FOR US WITHOUT COMPLAINT. DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB AND EXPLAINED ACTIONS COMPLETELY. DID NOT PERFORM THE SERVICE B/C HE DEEMED IT AN UNNECESSARY COST AT THIS POINT.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FAST. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME EXTRA. THEY WERE DONE QUICKLY. THEY DID A CLEAN JOB AND LEFT THE HOUSE AS CLEAN AS IT WAS WHEN THEY GOT THERE.
