Pointe Pest Control is the premiere pest control agency in Oregon, Eastern Washington, and Northern Idaho. Why? We believe in providing excellent service to every customer. Our owner, Jacob Borg, has been in the pest control industry since 1996. While going to college, Jacob worked for 9 different companies in 4 different states. While working, he learned what worked, what didn’t, and how to properly treat his customers to ensure that they are pleased with every aspect of their service. This company did not honor their satisfaction guarantee. They treated for rodents. Guarantee a year work. Now they are saying they have to come out and will give us a free estimate but I will have to pay again for service.

They ignored the no solicitor sign, they can't even give any information or cards about their company and very aggressive.

They came once, said that they were working on the neighborhood and offered me a deal if I will take in on the spot.
