Initially, things went very well. We received an estimate which was fair, so approved the work. The door was installed in a timely and professional manner. However, one of the seals on the side of the door got broken during install They returned once to try to install a new seal, however when trimming the rubber, it left over a 1" gap, letting cold air & insects blow into the garage. Austin texted stating he would be here on March 17th, but never showed. Since then I've called, e-mailed and texted numerous times, but they have never responded. Not the type of reputable organization they presented themselves as. We love the door and opener, but they would have an A+ rating from us if they would only return to address the warranty items as promised.

We needed a new garage door opener installed. Austin and Steve provided us with a quote for a new until and install. Austin was flexible when we decided we wanted a Chamberlain instead of a Craftsman and provided a new quote. We ended up purchasing our own unit and had Pioneer Overhead install the unit for us. They showed up when they said the would. The service took the amount of time they said it would. It's is way quieter than our older unit and is working great.
