+ -1 morePeter and Stan are WONDERFUL. They are respectful, always on time, but most important, their work is craftsman quality. Being an elder single woman; I am wary and cautious of whom I chose to work on my home. I can not sing their praises enough. During an extremely difficult time, they even ate their lunch inside (I had to run out for emergent situation) to comfort my dog, who was a neurotic mess! I did not hesitate to leave them in my home with my dog. They have earned my trust. Love these guys! Pricing is fair and accurate.
Description of Work: Peter and son, Stan, have worked with me to prepare my home for the housing market. Over the past 4 months, they have repaired the exterior eaves (dry rot), restored front and back decks to pristine condition, power washed pavers, entryway and drive way, touch up interior walls (plaster and paint), replaced all light bulbs to incandescent bulbs, helped with moving heavy furniture, washed every window in the house (inside and out), calked granite in kitchen, and the list goes on.
