Laura and her team were professional and timely. They showed up when promised and took good care of our two dogs. They maintained good communication and sent pictures. we would happily use their service again.

I've been using Pet Watch since 2009 and can't say enough good things about the company and the pet sitters I've used, especially Tina, who has been my regular pet sitter for several years and is a joy to work with. She provides detailed notes following each visit and even fixed a sticky door lock this time and purchased kitty litter which I forgot to buy before I left. In addition, she is incredibly flexible and understanding as evidenced by her willingness and ability to extend her visits beyond my initial request. I highly recommended Pet Watch and will continue to use services in the future.

She is fabulous. She gave us a 5% discount for Angie's List. The little guys were just like they were at their own house so they were very happy. She did everything. She did meds, she washed their ears, she washed their ears, and she keeps a log of everything that she does. It was unexpected. She does house sitting, and she goes and gives meds to dogs if people are working, and she switches the lights on and off as well. I thought the price was fine. She responded to everything. We even set it up so she would take our dogs to the vets and they have the insurance forms. She is right there when she says she is going to be, and she is very professional.

Our kitty and had the pleasure of having 'Barbette' servicing our house and cat while we were away over the holidays and she did any amazing job, as always. This is the second time we have had Barbette and she went out of her way to hike up our 3000 ft driveway (as the road was impassible due to snow) to make sure our kitty was happy, healthy and cared for while we were gone. She reported to us when the power went out, a possible leak in one of our bathroom windows and basically kept her eye on our whole home and property. I highly recommend Pet Watch for their professionalism in getting back to me as quickly as they did and erasing all fears about leaving our cat alone. Upon meeting Barbette, we found her warm, kind, professional and concerned about our fears and answering all questions in regard to her care. SHE WAS AMAZING.....and we will definitely use Pet Watch and Barbette again whenever we go out of town!!!!

I've used Pet Watch for 9 years, several times a year and have been very happy with the care of my two cats, and knowing that my house is regularly checked while I'm away. Joan, my current pet watcher (who has been available consistently for the past 5 years) leaves a thorough record of what she did at each visit and cheerful notes about how the cats behaved. Even the shy one became comfortable enough with her to be petted and played with. Ownership of the business has been the same for the 9 years I've used it.

We trust Joan and Pet Watch completely and absolutely with our home and our cat. We had one long trip in which Joan arrived to find that our refrigerator water intake hose had split and we had a flooded kitchen. Joan went above and beyond by turning off the water supply to the fridge, finding a stash of towels and cleaning up the mess as best she could, likely spending several hours doing so. We ended up having to replace our flooring and a few areas of subfloor, but thanks to her quick action we didn't lose any wallboard, cabinets, or molding. She saved us a ton of time and hassle.
Our little girl is generally wary of anyone that isn't my husband or I, and strangers are right out, usually sending her running for the dark places under beds. She has really warmed up to Joan, though (being the provider of her resources for a couple of weeks helps, I'm sure) and even got to the point where she was happy to see her come through the door - which is unusual for her.
I like the flexibility that Pet Watch offers, and the range of services that the sitters provide at what I think is a very reasonable per-visit price.

Laura called to see me and explained what she would do and asked many questions about our two cats and discovered their likes and dislikes. .A couple of days in one of the cats went missing. She sent me a text about this and we worked together to figure out where she was hiding. We never did find out but she kept in touch and the matter was resolved a day or two later when the cat came out of hiding herself...When we returned home Laura had left us a mini diary telling us about how the cats were each day. Each visit was more than just feeding and cleaning up after the cats and she spent between 30 and 60 minutes each day socializing and playing with them...I will definitively use Laura again if the need arises.

I was going out of town for a LONG day but didn't want my dogs stuck outside all day with the cold so I hired one of the pet sitters with this company to come to my house for a couple of hours to just hang out with them and give them snuggle time. I had to request a different time at the last minute and the sitter was very accommodating and even let me know she would be available later that day if I needed her to come again. She texted me when she got there and sent me an update during the visit, and let me know when she was leaving. She was very loving with my dogs & cats and let them sit all over her and snuggle with her on the couch all they wanted. I will definitely use this sitter again!

We left him on 12/11/13 while we were away in California. He was well taken care of and enjoyed himself immensely. We received daily reports and photos. He met a couple of cats, with just curiousity and no drama, which was a new experience for him. He had fun with the other dogs and we will use this service next time we have to leave town. We recommend this service to anyone needing care of their pets.

We have used them continuously since 2006. They are extremely flexible and very responsive. Even if we give them a two day notice that we will be going out of town for a while, they have been very accommodating. Typically, the same woman comes each time to take care of our cat, but sometimes it has been her coworker or owner. We have been satisfied every time and they have been excellent!

Since I was gone when the sitter arrived and left I can only assume it went ok. My dogs were fine when I got home but overly excited to see me as they had been alone most of the time.

I travel quite a bit for work and have used Pet Watch extensively over the last few years to sit for my two cats. I've always been extremely happy with their professionalism and the health and happiness of my cats when I return home.
My trust in this company was proven again while I was on my latest trip. I was out of the country for two weeks. During that time, one of my cats got sick. The pet sitter took her to my Vet and worked closely with my mom to make decisions on how to best care for her. The pet sitter was conscientious and even took my cat home with her to provide hydration and save me money at the Vet. The pet sitter also figured out what was causing the problem, which was my cat playing with and digesting the bathroom rugs. She locked up the rugs and watched my cat closely to make sure she was getting better. The pet sitter kept my mom constantly informed of the cat's progress and results from the Vet visits. The pet sitter left me a long note on what took place so I had all the background needed when I checked in with my Vet on my return. I couldn?t put my cats in better hands when I?m out of town.
The per visit price is quite reasonable. The price I quoted above is the payment for all visits within the two week period and a couple little charges for Vet visits. The level of service Pet Watch provides is priceless.

Very professional home pet sitting service. Extensive in-home visit including thorough review of services provided and contract for services. The pet sitter spent time getting to know both animals, feeding routine and location of food and toys in the home. Left a nice report on how the animals behaved during the visits. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on using again

I was extremely impressed with the services provided! Lynda, the pet sitter who provided the service, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Since the time I was away coincided with the December snow and ice storm, she had her work cut out for her yet made it to my house every day to take care of my cats and make sure they were okay. She even called me in Arizona to provide a status update and vacuumed when they spit up! I couldn't be more pleased and will absolutely use the service again.
