He was reassuring, yet very efficient in gathering the facts he needed to make a quick and painless suggestion. After getting my approval to proceed with more serious inquiries, James got me a fairly quick preliminary approval to start house hunting. The house hunt went on for SIX months before an offer "stuck". James was a sturdy and patient supporter, waiting his turn to go to work. And when we were ready for him he never missed a beat. He kept me informed with every step, and was especially proactive in communicating with me when delays came up. I didn't feel stressed about one thing! I highly recommend James as your personal mortgage broker. He's a top notch professional - someone you will be pleased to know.
