Water damage due to poor roof vent installation during new roof installation. Discovered that all roof vents were unsecured to the roof. Two of the roof vents were completely off leaving my attic exposed to the elements. See the photo.

All the other bids we got said the job would take two days. This guy took 7 days. Each day he either didn't bring the material he needed or he didn't have enough material. He didn't have the roofing in stock before he started the job so had to search for it from other vendors which delayed the work by three days. He only showed up on time to work the first day. I needed to call him several time but he would not return my calls. Very unreliable! I would definetly not recomend this company. After completion of the roof job it looks good so I think he can do good work but just expect delays and a lot of disorganization.

He is excellent, I would not call anyone else but him. He is always fair and honest. I would have no problems leaving the house while he is inside working.

The overall quality of the job was satisfactory, but mistakes were made (and fixed upon request). There were different workers on the job site almost every day, and the job took too long to complete.
