 + -1 moreWater damage due to poor roof vent installation during new roof installation. Discovered that all roof vents were unsecured to the roof. Two of the roof vents were completely off leaving my attic exposed to the elements. See the photo.

 + -1 moreAll the other bids we got said the job would take two days. This guy took 7 days. Each day he either didn't bring the material he needed or he didn't have enough material. He didn't have the roofing in stock before he started the job so had to search for it from other vendors which delayed the work by three days. He only showed up on time to work the first day. I needed to call him several time but he would not return my calls. Very unreliable! I would definetly not recomend this company. After completion of the roof job it looks good so I think he can do good work but just expect delays and a lot of disorganization.

 + -1 moreIt all turned out excellent as I knew it would. He has always given me excellent advise. I would not hesitate to call him again and again and again.
Description of Work: There were several squeaks throughout my house. Carpeting had to be pulled back, he had to fix the squeaks in the wooden floor and the rugs had to be stretched back into place. He has been working on various projects in my home for 4 years now.

Description of Work: I initially had this company install siding on my house in 2004. Since that time we have had some real problems with separating and splitting of the siding. This has happened on a couple of occasions and Byron was very responsive in correcting the situation. About 5 months ago we started experiencing some major problems such as big cracks and even siding coming away from the home. Byron, the owner of Pacific Rim, brought out the manufacturers representative and put together a comprehensive plan to correct the problems. I can honestly say that when there was a problem, Byron was there with his comrades to help and overcome the siding issues we had. He pooled together fellow contractors and a painter and took of me.
