Initial visit was quickly done. Good info was given, but not sure if I needed some of the service provided as I had never heard of urine attracting other mice to your home before. Second visit was scheduled at the end of the first visit, but was forgotten and I had to reschedule. Offered other very expensive services also. Second visit only checked to see how much bait was taken. Informed it would be $99.00 for any visits after this. VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT EVEN SURE IF THE MOUSE PROBLEM IS FIXED. advertising a little deceptive. Oh and I now own the bait traps even though as he said "you don't have a key to get into them". Not helpful at all!

The rats are hanging out on my deck now instead of under my crawl space . Don't fall for the bait and switch provided by this company . Their $99.00 dollars special turns into thousand of dollars . I called because I tried all the store bought options out there . I figured now that my neighbors finally got rid of the chickens and I'm on my 3rd dishwasher is 2 years from getting trashed by the rats coming in for dog food . It was time to call in the professionals. They said for $ 99.00 you get some professional straight rat poison under your house . For $298.00 you get bait boxes outside and a one month follow up to rebait the boxes . I asked if the rats will eat the poison because I read that when one dies they all know not to touch it . They assured me that they have professional straight poison the rats eat it and die on contact . Great sign me up . The guys came out went into crawl space where he immediately found rat droppings , and had his 5 step process of removal . 1. Set out poison and bait boxes around house ✅ $300.00 paid 2. Seal two remaining holes in screen with "The Good Stuff " stay foam $50.00 dollars a hole $100.00 total . What ??? Went and got a can for $4.95 and did it myself . ✅✅ 3. Spray ammonia in the crawl space to let the other rats know not to come back . Rats hate ammonia and I knew that because I did that already . $250.00 . Did not hire this guy did it myself for $30.00 bucks ✅✅✅ 4. Buy the 3 month package with one month free to come back every 3 months to rebait the boxes outside and keep them away from this house . ❌❌❌ No I said let's wait and see how this bait goes first . 5. Rip out all insulation from under the house and put in new insulation $4,000-$6,000 dollars ❌❌❌❌❌❌ No way , What???? I just want to get rid of my rat under the house . Total "Bait and Switch " One month later the rat died from being trapped under the house and it smells ! The guy comes out doesn't go under the house , doesn't care . He came to check the bait boxes . I said ok let's go look, I figured I might as well see what I paid for . Nothing was eaten , he says that very interesting , I'm not sure you had rats perhaps you had raccoons . I said it's rats I have sent him/her in the house eating dog food in the middle of the day . Ok well he took the old bait that was untouched and put clean bait and offered the year bait checks Plan again . I just kinda looked at him because I figured it was obviously not eaten so Why would I pay for more . Well now it's been a couple of days since he came unannounced and I see the rats having a good time here in my back yard on my deck . I noticed that my neighbors had some of the same bait boxes around the properties , so these rats are on to this "professional straight poison " which I totally asked about before I wasted $300.00 . Don't hire this company and end up with thousand of dollars in bills.. The pictures added are of the cat and dog waiting to see if the rat comes out in the deck again . The boxes of poison that no rats touched . The foam that I sprayed myself (the guy said I did a good job , he would have done the same thing for $50.00)
