They showed up when they said they would. Did the job in 2 days like they said they would. Did a good job.

the work was performed fairly quickly but I had to wait for inspectors to examine the work and for the coverings on the cement to be removed but all in all the work was done very satisfactory.

Pac bros were professional. Responsive to phone calls. Did not over promise on time and schedule. Price was mid pack with other bids. Quality of work was a solid B. The slab was nice but there was some significant speckles on the finish possibly due to rain when it was poured. Not much we can do about it now other than to live with it. The wall turned out fine. Not 100% ruler flat on some sloped areas but good enough. The crew tried to keep a reasonably clean work-site - best they could in the muddy conditions I suppose. But we have quite a bit of clean up to do once the sun comes out - Not entirely unexpected. Overall time was 1 week with a couple non work days due to heavy rain. All-in-all a fair job for a fair price.

They were thorough and willing to do whatever the owner asked. They did a great job and I found them to be priced very competitively. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.
