It went perfectly smooth. Mike and Linda Owens were incredibly helpful, professional and communicative throughout the entire process. As this was my first time buying a home, I had many questions and they made me feel at ease by helping me understand every step of the process. We have done 2 transactions with Mike and Linda Owens. Both were great. They are very professional, kind, and a lot of fun to do business with. The Owens are simply amazing. We have used them as both buying and selling agents and they always treat you like real family. They put their hearts into the transaction and stand out above all other agents that we have dealt with in the past. They are always quick to respond, even on vacation, evenings and weekends and make you feel like you are their only clients. We have always gotten more out of our house being sold by them with their accurate market analysis and wonderful photos. We will not use any other agents.

Being a young professional with a long distance move, Mike and Linda took me under their wing to welcome me to the Pacific Northwest. They listened to my needs and were extremely communicative and educational throughout the whole process. As a bonus, they even found me a house with a dog run perfect for my dog! In addition, they understood that being out of state, I would have difficulty traveling back and forth through the process and became my eyes and ears, standing in during the home inspection and even dropping by to ensure everything was still standing. Mike and Linda made this process as smooth and fun as possible, even with the extremely competitive market and some last minute curveballs from the lender. I am so in love with my new home and and excited for this new beginning, which I could not have achieved without Mike and Linda.

Fantastic! I have now sold two homes and purchased one with the Owens Team as my realtors and I would never use anyone else. They are professional, friendly, extremely competent, and are very good at listening to our needs. Their attention to detail saved me $2500 when I sold my house, because the other agent had been vague in writing an addendum. I initially started working with them because they returned my call quickly and had been recommended by a neighbor of mine. It turns out they ALWAYS return your call/text/email quickly and now I am recommending them to others. I truly cannot say enough about the integrity of and comfort of working with Mike and Linda. Working with Mike and Linda Owens at Windermere exceeded all of our expectations. Two years ago we put our house in Oregon on the market and turned to the Owens' to help us find a home in Washington. They found us a gorgeous home and helped us put an offer on it. It was accepted but we had setbacks with the sale of our home and had to withdraw our offer. Obviously this was heartbreaking but they never gave up on us. They checked in and gave us the encouragement we needed to try to buy again this March. They listened carefully to our home needs and sent us personalized listings. They were available to us even when we wanted to look at houses short notice and worked with us despite our crazy schedules. Thanks to their experience, support, and encouragement we found the perfect house in this difficult housing market. Excellent! Mike & Linda- The Owens Team are so knowledgeable and helpful! I had a somewhat challenging home to selll. They arranged for a great photographer, had my home listed on multiple venues and in two months I had an offer. After the home inspection, turns out the appraiser noted that the water heaters were not strapped to the wall, and until that got done, the buyers preabvrovsl would not go through. I let Mike & Linda know that although I was planning to install the straps myself, I hit a big roadblock: the water heaters were under the house backing up to a concrete wall ?. Mike immedietly said- no problem, I can come up within 2 hrs and fasten them to the wall. It was a much bigger project than imagined- the concrete wall was the home foundation, and he kept hitting rocks withiin the concrete. He was able to get both water heaters strapped securely and to code- but took a few hours on a Sunday afternoon. That's dedication! Mike & Linda care very much about ther clients and making sure that they think of everything and also listen you- the buyer and/or sellers wishes' ? Working with Mike & Linda- The Owens Team- I felt extremely confident that everything would be handled professionall, and it was. . I have already recommended them to friends in need of a Realtor to help with the sale of their home ?.

Mike and Linda were very organized and had done their homework prior to our first meeting. They had reviewed the property details, had already checked out comps for like homes in the area and had numerous suggestions for what needed to be done to get the property ready in order to sell at the best price possible. The home sold within a matter of days from the list date. Throughout the process they were extremely professional, knowledgable and wiling to go above and beyond for us. Very pleased....we will definitely recommend them and will use their services again.

One house sold in 2 days; the other sold in just over 1 week! They had beautiful, professional photos taken that really showcased both homes & brought in many prospective buyers. They held an open house, which had great results. We felt in very capable hands, as they were very diligent about all the paperwork & legal documents needed. And even after the homes closed, they followed up multiple times to make sure we received all the money back from the title companies. We could not have asked for better service!

In both transactions the Owens Team outperformed. Both transactions were completed to our complete satisfaction. The Owens team are consummate professions and they come with a terrific bonus as they are also just terrific people. The Owens team help us prepare the home for sale, watched over it for us while we were on vacation and worked all aspects of completing the sale in a timely and professional manner. Their experience with many prior properties helped us swiftly and with purpose keep moving in the right direction to make the sale happen. They held an open house for other realtors and followed through by giving us the feedback we wanted to hear and the feed back that we didn't want to hear but really needed to hear anyway. Honesty and trustworthyness are but two of their many strong assets they bring forward to make the sale happen. I had a difficult property to sell: a manufactured home on rural property. I contacted multiple real estate agents and either didn't get a call back or received a low ball estimate of value. Finally, I talked to my neighbor, who had sold his home, and discovered he had been extremely happy with the Owens Team. Mike and Linda sold his home for a good price after it had been listed multiple times by other realtors, so I thought I'd give them a call. Best call I ever made. They are extremely professional, while also being friendly and approachable. All the way through the process, they kept me well informed, helped me make good decisions and, in the end, we sold and CLOSED the sale within a month!! I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to my own daughter without hesitation. Mike and Linda really care and took great pains to make the process as easy as possible on me. They are of high integrity and just all around great human beings--you won't be disappointed if you're on the Owens Team!!

Words simply cannot convey how outstanding Mike & Linda Owens are! My husband and I have purchased and sold numerous houses and have found no other agents that can compare. I highly recommend Linda and Mike Owens for anybody looking to buy a house. I decided to make a huge move from my home in Austin, texas to the Vancouver area in Washington. A colleague had recommended them to me and I am so grateful because it made all the difference in the world to have the right real estate agents. They were always so professional,helpful and looking out for my best interest. It is so difficult to buy a house when you live in another state but they made the process so much easier and even fun. They did a great deal of behind the scenes work and did previews of houses for me and ruled them in or out based on my criteria and other things that I might not have even thought about so when I flew in to see homes we already had them narrowed down to really high matches. The Owens makes such a great team and between the two of them they have so much expertis tthey have all the bases covered. I felt like I was always getting the information I needed to make the decisions that were necessary. In addition to being wonderful agents they are just great people and I really looked forward to coming for my visits just to spend some time with them in addition to finding my dream home. During the home selling and buying process I have been exposed to several real estate agents and I always felt bad for the people who did not have Mike and Linda representing them because it was often evident they were not the quality that I was getting. I am so happy with my new home in Battle Ground, WA. It is the perfect match for me and in the neighborhood I wanted.
