Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of large old wall clock. IT did not run at all prior to bringing it in. It did take awhile but am satisfied with the outcome.

Description of Work: The grandmother clock had been stored for a while and was originally purchased as used. I called to have it cleaned and inspected. The gentleman came on 29 or 30 September, looked at it, dismantled the insides and took it with him. I called a month later to find out the status and was told that clocks need to acclimate and stuff, so I said OK, I understand. I called again in December, after 3 months and asked again. I was told it was ready and they made an appointment. No one showed up, but he did call later that evening to apologize saying another customer took more time. We made another appointment for installation a few days later. No one showed up and no one called. I waited close to another month to ask about it. An appointment was made and kept. The clock works better than before and looks good. I believe they do good work at a reasonable price, but customer service is not high on their to-do list.

Description of Work: I had a brass ships clock that was losing time and an antique pendulum wall clock that needed spring replacement and general reconditioning. Due to very positive experiences in the past I made the nearly fifty mile trip to the O'clock Shoppe and dropped off the clocks for service. Due to work load at the shop I was given a time estimate of three to four weeks which was acceptable to me. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call after two weeks saying the clocks were both ready. I drove down and picked the clocks up finding that not only had the repairs been done but the brass clock was polished. I am very happy with the service and will take any clocks I need to have serviced back to The O'clock Shoppe.

Description of Work: O'Clock Shoppe reinstalled all the parts of a grandfather clock after the clock had been moved from California and refinished. The work was perfect--the clock is working as good as new. On time service,and very professional. I would recommend them for anyone who has a grandfather closck and needs any type of repair or service.

The gentlemen were helpful, professional and obvisouly skilled in their profession. I would recommend them, and have, to anyone for clock repair. Description of Work: I took in an older electric clock that wasn't working. I was advised that the cost to repair it as it was would be about $150, but an alternative was to put a battery operated works in it. The cost of that was only $31 with a senior discount.
