We inherited an older grandfather clock from my mother.  The chimes never worked correctly and it eventually stopped running all together.  I called to ask about pickup and delivery costs and decided to take it to the shop myself.  Elisa checked it out and estimated $300 to repair it.  About six weeks and 2 or 3 phone calls later he told me it would be another $60 and it would be ready next week.  Two weeks later and another phone message to the shop resulted in a call back that it was ready to pick up.  I got it home and it ran perfectly, but the chimes were still not right.  I called the shop and was told that Elisa was out doing house calls and they would let him know.  He came by that same afternoon, made a couple of adjustments and it's now as good as new.   This is a two man operation and they are very busy.  If you are not in a hurry, you will be satisfied with the quality of their work.

Easy. He called and kept me informed throughout the process, even when the part was delayed.

This is the second time I have used their services and I will go back to them as needed. The clock works again, and the people are very knowledgeable. He explained to me how the clock was constructed, its age, and could tell me the approximate value. It is an added pleasure to go to his shop to see all the beautiful clocks he has on display. A good craftsman. I recommend the O'Clock Shoppe for reliable repairs.

I brought my clock in on July 13, 2013 and Mr. Johnson gave me a date it would be fixed by that seemed reasonable. I received a call from him when it was finished and I was pleasantly surprised that it was sooner than the date he originally said!! He was very professional in dealing with us, and very prompt and courteous. We could tell he did a very good job on my clock, and it's working great now. The store itself is very fun to go to as well!! He showed us some of his grandfather clocks which were beautiful!! We will definitely go back if we need a clock fixed or looking to buy a clock!!

All I had to do was drop the clock off. They knew right away what the problem was. It took them only a few days to do the work. I picked it up and it's run great since.

The diagnosis was free. I was very pleased with the cleaning fee of $103 after tax. Between the diagnosis and the cleaning the clock was in the shop for two weeks. It now keeps time and chimes as normal. I would use their services again.
