NW Pond Services LLC

I converted an old wooden hot tub into a pond. Filiberto moved the plants, and platforms they sat on, to power wash the pond/tub after using his phone to take pictures to be sure things went back in the right places. He trimmed the plant roots and removed algae growth. Things went well.

Very well. I have trees all around so the pond gets to be a mess. NW Pond makes it look like new again every spring. Always very happy to see him as I can see my fish again and the pond looks great! He is prompt and does very good work. I highly recommend NW Pond!

It went perfectly.  He even arrived a little early.  Cleaned and organized Pond.  Was very careful to catch fish first and be sure they were safe and not waiting in the sun.  Is knowledgeable about where and how the pond should be arranged for best aeration, fish safety, etc.  Also knows where and how to manage pond plants, how to divide and repot pond plants if you want more of the same plant.  Knew how quickly the free-growing lily pads would come back if he cut them out a bit.  He was kind, thorough, courteous, never hesitated to answer and questions, brought all the right equipment for the job and left the area neat and clean.  I've used this person/vender for the past 2-3 years and plan to ask him back next spring (or before, should the need arise).  

Fili and crew were amazing and quite professional.  I had been concerned about the missing water pressure, and he easily explained and showed me the cause.  He spoke about the gardens around the water feature and let me know that one of the plants was banned for sales because it is so invasive.  The crew went about their business, we had some great conversation,  and they left my yard and pond in beautiful condition.

This is not the first time that we have used NW Pond Services LLC.  Our first experience was when they came to clean our pond many years ago.  Every year or year and a half since, they have come out to do the same.  Together with NW Pond Services LLC, we designed a water feature - including a small brook that moves around a Japanese Maple tree on a small hill and then the water cascades down into the pond.  It is beautiful, calming and a wonderful addition to our beautiful backyard.
