In the course of the bid process, I informed them that I was planning to do other renovations to the house, which were unrelated to the mold issue. They asked if I'd be willing to consider a bid on the other work from a partner that they work with, and I agreed. The partner, Adin, again came back with competitive pricing, and when I met him in person, all of my worries about the situation entirely subsided.
Ultimately, the whole experience, both the mold remediation and the work done with the partner Adin was really excellent. The quality of the job was really great, the prices were extremely fair, and they were able to get everything done on my timeline -- which was very tight. They put in time over the weekend to make sure they were able to get it done in time, and I'm very pleased with the final product. And it was great to work through just one provider (and the partner) to get everything done, rather than having to coordinate multiple contractors' schedules.
Definitely recommend them again, and will definitely use them again for future home renovation needs.
