"Member was very nice to work with. The patio door she referred to mistakenly had a u factor of .31 instead of .30. We gave her a cash refund in the amount that she would have received if it was correct.Sometimes mistakes happen...it is how you handle it that is the important thing. I alsways strive to fix the problem asap and not shift blame, etc.100% customer satisfaction is always the goal, and we are fortunate that we always accomplish that."
