Excellent service

These guys are great. I came expecting to have to have my roof torn up to fix a leaky skylight and they showed me that it was just a down spout that needed repairing. They didn't hesitate to show me options to save me money. quick easy affordable

They did a great quality job cleaning my roof, but they were supposed to give a time window the day before the scheduled day, which never happened. So i was not at home when they did the job.

I liked the quality of their work and the range of services that they offer. I will use them again if I need any roof services.

Lower cost material is used by default without giving options and still charged in my opinion a relatively high overall price. A learning I'd like to pass to potential customers is to have upfront agreement on the model and specs of the material to be used. On the positive side it was easy and fast to schedule and the techs are friendly and did good work.

had them come to assess my cedar shake roof for replacement. Was getting various assessments from other contractors. they inspected the roof, took pictures, and explained thoroughly the issues with the roof. I just needed about 2 dozen shakes replaced and the roof sealed.

I've used these folks twice. They explain and document everything that needs to be done. They are conservative in their recommendations and don't try to oversell you. Their work is of excellent quality done according to schedule. The are pleasant to work with and their pricing is fair and equitable. Will continue to use their services.

Great customer service.

Outstanding service

The contract stated they performed work in August which was paid for. When roof leak began in November, other contractors showed where they did not remove debris from valleys, and when power washed roof, caused debris to damn and water to leak into my ceiling. resolution skills very poor, did not show up when stated, and when they did show up did not complete work, especially on troubled area.
